Things to remember...

Some things I want to remember about Fischer Lee...

He LOVES his belly button. He plays with it all of the time, and whenever you say, "Where's your belly button?"...his finger goes right to the spot. He loves to find Mommy and Daddy's belly button too! :)
He has started to climb every staircase he sees, much to his mother's concern...

He has started babbling in long, very 'important' sentences. He points at things and uses his hands while talking.

The other day while I was washing my shoe, Fischer came over and very earnestly started washing my other shoe. :)

He loves to sing! When he wakes up in the morning that is the first thing he does...and when he goes to bed he is still singing (and snapping his fingers).
He loves to dance to music. He will stand or sit on his knees and shake his hands and wiggle to the music.

The other day we sat him on a can and he stood up from it and took his first steps, but he still prefers to just zoom around with the little push toy!

He loves food and is still making his drink sound every time he is thirsty...
He has started to say "bye-bye," "puppy" and "ba-ba" for belly button. It is fun to hear him try to copy words that we say...

CARPET is coming, and my computer is taking a vacation...

We have had busy days...
We went to a ranch rodeo this past weekend, and then headed over to see my mom and her sisters at Estes Park. It was a quick visit, but lots of fun. My mom is planning on coming to see us in August when the baby is born. I am sure looking forward to that! Can you believe that I will be 29 weeks this coming week? Fischer Lee Williams was born at 29 weeks. So we are crossing our fingers that our little guy will stay in a little longer! :)
This week Chris has been busy moving cows, branding and laying tile. I will post a picture soon, but we are ALMOST done with ALL of the tile. Our carpet is coming June 26th...YIPPPEEEEEEE! Then we can move in folks. Wow, you can believe that I will be doing a pregnant dance...count yourself lucky that you don't have to see it. hee hee (PS I don't want to know how many grammatical errors I made in that sentence) I have been absent from blogging for awhile...our computer has decided to take a vacation. However, I am taking it in to be fixed next week. I have enjoyed catching up on all of the blogs, and don't think that I am done blogging. :)

My mom sure enjoyed giving Fischer lots of hugs and kisses. She also dressed him in his PJ's, and just loved watching him sleep. This one is for you g'ma! :)

If you enlarge the picture you can see all of the different leaves in our master bathroom. This is my FALL bathroom. I have decided to decorate our house with all four seasons. We have a summer utility bathroom with just aspen leaves. And then I am going to decorate our master bedroom with a winter theme. I am going to finish our basement bathroom/bedroom with a spring theme. :) Can you tell I am having lots of fun?!?

We are putting the finishing touches on the house!

I had to include this picture! Peyton loved Fischer, and it is quite apparent on her face. :)

Here is what we did over Memorial Day...

We enjoyed our time at Jeff and Lisa's this past weekend. It was nice to see lots of good friends, and Chris had a blast heading and heeling at the branding. Lisa N. took this great shot of Chris. I think he is quite studly...don't you?!? hee hee
I had lots of other pictures to post, but I left my camera at Lisa's house. Chris helped me paint the master bathroom in our house, and I just finished painting the dry wall in our loft and over the stairs today. We are almost DONE painting. It will sure feel nice to have that done. Fischer is doing lots of new tricks, and I will post a video once I have my camera! He has started snapping his fingers everytime he hears a song. On Sunday, Fischer decided he was going to snap his fingers during a hymn. :)
I have enjoyed catching up on the blogs...and hope you all had an enjoyable Memorial Day Weekend.

Lots of Laughter, Visiting and Just Plain Fun!

Our busy week started with having 6 puppies at 4AM on Tuesday. I heard our dog Nip howling at the top of her lungs...at first I thought it was a coyote. I woke Chris up wondering what in the world was going on! Then Chris peeked his head out of the door, and could hear the puppies.
Joe and Jan and "Grandma" (Joe's Mom) came Tuesday afternoon to spend a couple of days with us. Joe helped Chris lay tile, and Jan helped me prune my bushes. Grandma helped me keep Fischer preoccupied. She was so good with Fischer, and just loved spending time with him. Fischer enjoyed all of the attention!
We sure had fun. The weather was beautiful, and we had lots of BBQ's outside. Joe and Jan also love bird watching, and had fun driving around the ranch and looking at all of the birds. They headed home on Thursday evening.
On Friday, we headed over to Kirby and Dixie's branding. Dixie was suppose to have her baby on Saturday, but the hospital was so full they had to wait! We are anxiously waiting to hear from them...
That evening we met Owen and Kristi at the Wolf for dinner. It was fun to go out to eat with good friends...and Fischer enjoyed all of the GOOD FOOD.
On Saturday, Damon and Tessa and their two little boys came to see us. Fischer had so much fun with Deuce and Dante. It was good for me to see Tessa in action because her boys are 20 months apart. I am going to be VERY BUSY! :) Tessa and I enjoyed chatting, and watching our boys. It was sure fun to make a new friend...I plan to head to Laramie very soon to see their house. Damon helped Chris lay tile. He does such a nice job, and Chris had a blast working with him. They laughed and told jokes the entire time they were working. We are looking forward to having them back this coming Saturday.
Today, Owen and Kristi and Emily came for meeting. Then Emily stayed this afternoon to just chat and play with Fischer. I have been spoiled with such good company, I'm not going to know what to do with myself this week. :)

TILE...Chris and I are so happy to see this on the floor! We are getting SO CLOSE to being DONE!

This is looking from the kitchen into the Great Room...

Our Great Room window is trimmed with Aspen...
Clark is sure doing a nice job on our trim work.

Getting ready for a BBQ...

Jan's amazing pruning ability...
She just loves pruning, and I am not going to stop her!

Fischer eating a stick...hmmmm

My Aspen tree is alive and doing well. I am hoping that we can plant some more. I just LOVE Aspen trees...

Chris laying tile...

This picture was taken right before we started laying the tile...

The spindles are in, and now Fischer and our other little one cannot fall from the loft!

Happy Mother's Day, Mom!

The next time I start to feel sorry for myself, I am going to read this post...

My mom raised four kids all by herself, until she met my step dad Randall when I was seven years old. While she was busy raising four kids, she also went to college and received her degree in nursing. Then Randall and my mom had my sister Meagan. My mom always said that after three kids...the more the merrier!

Now can you see why I have no reason to feel sorry for myself when I am tired at the end of the day!

I remember my mom telling me that after she had my twin brothers...she was so tired she stuck socks in the freezer. :)

I hope you have a very restful and relaxing Mother's Day, Mom. And just know that Chris, Fish and I wish you a very happy Mother's Day.

Peek-A-Boo!

My mom always pulled us kids around in the little red wagon. I don't remember her ever having a stroller?!? My mom is holding my twin brothers Michael and James. My sister Emily is sitting next to her with the striped blue and pink sweater. I am wearing RED pants...ha ha ha

My mom always made the best birthday cakes...

Mom and I celebrating my first birthday...

I was quite proud of my new undies...:) I thought you would enjoy this picture Mom!

24 weeks and counting...

My tulips survived the snowstorm...:) So I thought I better take a pregnancy picture near them.
I'm close to my third trimester! I can hardly believe how fast this pregnancy is going. Hopefully we make it past 29 weeks. So far everything looks good, and the baby is really active.

Hopefully, we can still head over to Willis and Kathy's for meeting this morning. We were suppose to brand over there yesterday, but Mother Nature had other plans. :)

Our House...

I had lots of fun painting this living room wall. It is called Ponytail...

Our master bedroom wall. I painted it Brick Red...

The loft has a railing now. We just have to put the rest of the spindles in and stain and clear coat it.

I plan to paint this wall and the stairway a belgium chocolate...
Chris has been working really hard putting up the drywall.
Wow, a person doesn't know what it takes to mud and sand and texture drywall until they do it! :) I get to do the fun part...PAINT!

Our utility bathroom...

The entry way...

My kitchen sink! We put it in today...

Taking a nap in the new house...

A Treasure Hunt, A Plumber & A Truck Driver

I went on a treasure hunt Wednesday. I walked our fence line searching for fun stuff, and picking up trash. I found these two old buckets! It was a beautiful day, and I enjoyed working out in the yard.

My helper...

I have some tulips blooming, and I didn't even have to plant them. However, after this snowstorm I'm not sure how they will fare!?! :(

There is a new plumber in town ladies...

Fischer climbing up onto the steering wheel.
Don't worry...we were NOT driving...just waiting in the truck for Dad to move some cows.
