Fischer can scoot and sit up!

I love Dana's idea of keeping track of milestones...so I am going to copy! Fischer is now sitting up by himself and shoulder scooting...it is not quite crawling, but something like it. He puts all of his weight on one shoulder and then scoots his feet along until he can reach the newspaper. That has become one of his favorite "toys." He loves to tear/crinkle/eat it. I try to keep him from eating it, but a few pieces did go down. He is almost 11 months! But adjusted age he would be more like 7/8 months.

The first picture is of him with Ralna! We sure enjoyed having Nate and Ralna and Owen and Kristi here last weekend. They were such a big help and such wonderful company.

I took the second picture on Tuesday night. I just loved how he was sticking his little hand right on his check while he was sleeping. The last picture was taken right when we got home after his surgery! You can tell he is still feeling a little groggy.

Kate,
I was glad to read that Fischer is doing well after his surgury...scary! He's such a trooper!
I wanted to see if you had plans for Tuesday...I have work off! If you don't have anything going, I'd like to head over there. Let me know if that does or doesn't work!
Take care and love,
Emily

Hi Kate and Chris,

We are ever so inpressed with your Log Home, Chuck is simply in awe of the workmanship and time it takes to get finished. Looks beautiful. Pics of Fischer, adorable, Aidan is scooting too, he was with us along with Rebecca and Chad for Christmas Eve services. Has been a very busy time here too.
Take care, Love, Melissa and Chuck
