Cousins are here!

Fischer sitting on Owey's lap.
Owey hauled a load of cows for JD, and Fischer enjoyed watching Owey drive his semi-truck into the ranch on Thursday.

Larkin sure enjoys playing with baby Hazy.

The two year olds enjoying each others company. Do you notice the matching sippee cups?

The ebay boys...

Uncle JD and the kids inspecting some snow that G'pa brought in from outside.

Fischer playing with the horses. Everytime he comes to G'ma's, it seems like the horses always fall down!

Allison and Fish reading together.

Hazen eating banana with G'pa for the first time!

Allison loves playing with baby Hazy too. He is sure enjoying all of the attention.

A new baby girl named Maya Jane

Miss Maya Jane born February 8, 2008. She weighed 5 pounds 14 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. I sure enjoyed visiting her and my dear friend Jen last Saturday!

What a precious little girl...

The lovely new mother...

Hazen and Maya are only five and half months apart.

Happy Hazen

Jenn and I were talking about how crazy it is that we have been friends since we were seven years old, and now we are both busy moms!

Miss Maya is so tiny. It is hard to remember that Fischer was half her size when he was born.
Fischer was with G'ma and Dad when I visited Jen and Maya. I missed him, but I think he had a wonderful day just hanging out with G'ma and Dad!

Mia's birthday party

What a wonderful day!

Our guests watching the "Charlie Bit Me" video.

I love this picture of my dear friend Candy holding sleeping baby Hazy!

Mia and Fischer decided they needed to squeeze into Fischer's "parking garage" together!

I love this picture of Fischer and Mia!!!

Fischer was quite excited to eat Mia's kitty cake!

The party goers...

It was sure fun to blow up pink and yellow balloons for Mia's birthday celebration at our house. Candy also brought cute plates and napkins.

We sure enjoyed having Aaron, Candy & Mia, Laura, Heidi, Merra, and Ed and Terry for lunch last Sunday.

G'ma bought candy corn, and Fischer promptly took it out of G'ma's grocery bag when we made it home from the store. He then started trying to open the bag with his mouth!

Daddy took Fischer for a ride on his new saddle! Fischer loves to go riding with Dad.

Fischer Lee sayings...

One of Fischer's favorite books right now is The Very Hungry Caterpillar. He just loves it and always says "yucky caterpillar."

"Hey Mama, stuck in the snow again yesterday, vaccuuming the floor yesterday"

This is his story every evening when we ask him what he did during the day.

Last night, Fischer and I watched the moon come peeking over the mountain. Fischer says, "Mama, the moon came out of the egg." I just love what little kids think of!!! It did look like an egg yolk when it came peeking over the mountain.

Daddy asked Fischer what his middle name is and Fischer said, "Mama." Then Daddy asked him what his last name is and Fischer said, "Grandpa." :)

"Mama, I found my snowsuit." This means lets go outside and see Daddy!
Right now he is saying "sit in Mama's lap, please!"

Hazen James will be six months on Friday!

My precious boy is going to celebrate his half birthday on Friday! I cannot believe it. :)

Special guests and Special memories...

Fischer enjoyed reading and sharing a snack with Elaine in the loft.

We sure enjoyed having Brent, Shawna, and Elaine stay with us Monday night!

Elaine playing the flute.

Hazen enjoyed listening to Elaine's sarungi.

Elaine playing the Nepali sarungi for us. It was beautiful, and it is such a neat instrument.

A scary alligator...
Fischer is really into "scary" right now. So G'ma's brush became a "scary alligator."

Fischer having a snack with his cousins.

Clayton, Allison and Larkin were able to come for a short visit last Saturday.

This is what Mom does when she is snowed in!

I moved our bedroom downstairs from the loft. It was fun to have a project, and I like how it turned out!
So now all of our guests get to sleep in the loft. Come on over, we would love to have you try it out!!!

I make a fun flower arrangement to match my bedding.

This picture makes me laugh! This is what happens when Mom is not fast enough with her camera. Luckily, I was able to take a few good ones too!

Fischer wore Dad's coat today so that he could ride on the 4-wheeler and stay warm.

Chris took him snowblowing this afternoon, and I was able to take a NAP with Hazy!!!

Fischer was busy shooting coyotes with my turket baster this morning.
